Mikael is Head of Operations and Tech in Januar.

Starting his career in IBM, project management has been at the forefront of his professional achievements.

Before joining Januar, he was a Senior Management Consultant at Implement Consulting Group within Digital Transformation, working in industries as different as life science, pharma, financial services, outsourcing, and tender management.

Mikael also worked several years as a Senior Project Manager within Strategic Operations in Novo Nordisk.

He is passionate about developing digital businesses with a focus on business optimisation and digital strategy.

Mikael holds an MSc in Information Management, an MSc in Corporate Finance from Bond University, courses from both London School of Economics and Copenhagen Business School, as well as certifications in PRINCE2®, Proci, SAFe and LEAN.
